WHY CHOMLAY RESORT?

A holiday on a tropical country like Thailand may automatically sounds like a good idea, but in truth, not all resorts in Thailand are the same.  Different resorts serve different types of visitors with different tastes.

At Chomlay spa resort we aim to provide high quality services to satisfy visitors who would like to spend time with their friends and family in a private environment where they can relax without too much disturbance.   Our beachfront home-style bungalows, beautiful gardens of tropical trees and flowers coupled with interesting sights of genuine local way of life will ensure that you can enjoy yourself in Chomlay Resort even though when there isn’t much going on around you.

Unlike many touristy  places such as Phuket or Pattaya-style entertainment zones, Chomlay resort aims to attract independent visitors who prefer to enjoy naturally preserved, peaceful, clean and private environments with high-standard services rather than busy and overly commercial areas.

At Chomlay Resort, our ultimate goal is to deliver authentic warmth of Thai hospitality to our honoured guests.  Weather you are here for a day, a night, or a month; you are always our most important priority.  If you are seeking to have a break where you can appreciate the true local ways of life, unspoiled natural attractions, and a complete getaway from the outside world in a peaceful environment where you can obtain high-class services, Chomlay Resort could be the unique choice you are looking for.

Why Nakornsrithammrat?
Although Nakhon Si Thammarat may remain a name unheard of for some tourists, it possesses many interesting aspects that are yet still waiting to be discovered and appreciated.  What Nakhon Si Thammarat has to offer could be much more interesting and exciting than you imagine.

Nakhon Si Thammarat is the second largest province of the South and the land of predominant Buddhism during the Srivijaya Period.  Its historical significance has been very influential to Thailand’s history.  If you are inspired by culture and history you will find it challenging to appreciate the whole of Nakhon Si Thammarat in a short period of time.

Nakhon Si Thammarat boasts pristine verdant jungles abundant with luxuriant vegetation and is also noted for picturesque beaches and beautiful waterfalls.  It occupies an area of 9,942 square kilometres consisting of high plateau and mountains in the west then sloping down towards the east and becoming a basin along the coastline of the Gulf of Thailand.  It is endowed with many beautiful, unspoiled natural attractions including Koa Hluang national park, waterfalls, mountains, and local beaches (click HERE to see what to see, where to visit).  It is also known to be the origin of high-quality genuine silverware and fine leather artworks (Nang Ta Lung).
