Bann Chomtalay Villa is an ongoing project which is currently undertaken by Chomlay Resort management. The project aims to offer high-quality beach houses for purchase or lease. The houses will be built on the same piece of land as the resort.. Price range is expected to be in the region of 2-3 million Baht for a 200-300 squared meters beach house (50-60 squared wa). The project is going through a series of planning stages and will be formally publicised in the near future.

Superior villas are located a few meters from the deluxe bungalows to the rear. Superior villas have same design and facilities as the deluxe villa and are more suitable for guests who prefer to be less confronted by the sea. So, if beautiful gardens of exotic plants and flowers appeal to you, superior villas could be the right choice for you.

Superior villas
Attached twin villas are designed for visitors who arrive in groups and want to stay close to their friends and families but in separate units. The bungalow consists of two adjacent units attached side-to-side. Each villa unit has its own balcony and entrance. Twin bungalows are located among the other villas within the resort’s gardens. Group visitors who enjoy privacy in the most peaceful spots of Bann Chomtalay Spa Resort are advised to stay in the twin villa.
